To avoid attracting bears or other animals, please don't leave food outdoors. ✨ We take pride in maintaining a clean and comfortable villa. It is professionally cleaned before every guest's arrival. 👟 Shoes-Off Policy: For the comfort and health of all guests, especially little ones who play on the floor, we kindly request no shoes indoors. Additional cleaning fees of up to $200 apply to clean excessively dirty floors. ☕ Starter supplies of coffee (K-cup style), tea, toiletries, soaps, paper towels, garbage bags, and detergents are provided. Additional supplies and groceries can be purchased in nearby Oakhurst. 🚭 Smoke-Free Environment: For everyone's enjoyment and safety, smoking or vaping inside the villa is not permitted. Violation of this policy may result in a fine of $500. 🎥 Exterior video surveillance and a video doorbell are installed for safety, covering the front entrance, driveway, and patio areas. 🚗 EV charging station available (SAE J1772 connector). Tesla owners, please bring an adapter. 📺 Smart TVs in the living and game rooms—log in to your favorite streaming services.
